CRITERIA FOR ENROLLMENT
Potty Trained
Student must be completely potty trained.
Clinical Diagnosis
Student must have a clinical diagnosis of Autism from a mental health DSM 5 facility. It must state, "mild, moderate or severe".
Student Application
Parent must complete a student application.
$500 Deposit
To begin the application process, a $500.00* deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable.
Parent Conference
Parent must make an appointment for a Parent Enrollment Conference.
Student Observation
Parent must make an appointment for their child's Student Observation Testing.
