Amy Sparks is the Principal at The School of Hope. Amy has a BA degree in Elementary Education and a Masters’ Degree in Elementary Counseling. Amy taught in public education for 30 years when she retired in 2017 and opened The School of Hope the summer of 2017. Amy has taught two years at The School of Hope and is now the Full-time Principal. Amy has three beautiful children, Kelsey, Jarred, and Dylan and one grandson, Landon Cole Saracco. Amy has been married to her husband Rob for 31 years and is happy that she and husband Rob are both the Co-Founders at The School of Hope. She loves to be outdoors which include swimming and camping and of course she loves teaching children. Amy is actively involved with her church family and is a member of The Helen Street Church of Christ.

Rob Sparks is the Co. Founder of The School of Hope. He and his wife Amy have three children and now are the proud grandparents of their first grandson, born in June of 2020. Rob served in the USAF for 23 years and was stationed in Blytheville, Arkansas as well as Pope AFB. He has won several awards while in the military and was named NCO of the year both for Pope AFB and Moody AFB in Valdosta GA. His load crew also won Load Crew of the Year at Pope AFB where he trained soldiers on A10’s. He recently received the honor from Spectrum News as Hero for The Week. and featured him in his role at The School of Hope. Rob is also the President for a Hunting Club in Sampson County. He loves the outdoors and loves to hunt and fish. He is also a Deacon at The Helen Street Church of Christ, where he and his wife Amy are members.
